Utdrag: So that real time information about the underground's departures can be given to the public, the awarding authority is considering to purchase monitors which can be placed on platforms and in the public areas at underground stations.The monitors shall be connected to the existing real time public information system, operated by Oslo og Akershus Trafikkservice AS, on defined interface.The procurement will comprise of:- Monitors over platforms- Overview units placed in the public areas- Modules for building in information columns/elementsIt is estimated that the total number will be between 100-450 monitors divided between the different types, the majority will be monitors over platforms. The contract will be divided into several phases, and the total amount purchased will be dependent on grants. This means that we can choose to purchase only parts of the amount or individual types of monitors. The contract can be divided between several suppliers based on the results of a pilot/test period. The supplier will be responsible for the installation and testing of the monitors at the stations, but electricity/telecommunications will be available at the stations. Tenders are also wanted for a maintenance contract.A prequalification will be held. Interested companies will be evaluated by the following criteria:- Evidence of good financial position and vitality.- References from deliveries of equivalent equipment and services within the transport sector (preferably the underground, bus or tram).- Evidence of vitality (production capacity and installation capacity).- Tax certificates, not older than 6 months.Up to 10 interested companies will be chosen to receive the tender documents based on the prequalification. The tender documents will be in Norwegian but there will also be an English summary of the most important points.Tentative schedule:Completion of phase 1 (approved and handed over) 1.12.2008.
